Home Delivery Service
Delivering cooked meals to the elderly in Nottingham (postcodes NG6, NG7, NG8) or elsewhere by special arrangement. Meals are delivered hot ready to eat, or if for another day, frozen.
Our meals are a dinner, either meat, vegetarian or vegan followed by a pudding, with a different meal each day of the week (Monday to Friday. We only serve our Daily Special meal each day, detail of which are on our weekly menu.
Our home delivery customers generally order the same number of meals a week, delivered on the same days each week. We deliver meals on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Meals for Tuesday, Thursday or the weekend are delivered frozen and need to defrost over night in the fridge ready for heating up the following day.
People using our meals at home service need to be referred to us by their carer (often son or daughter) or an employee or volunteer of an organisation providing support to the elderly or vulnerable. First step is to register on this website, then register as a referrer
To make a referral we will need the following information :referrer name and email address, referral name, address, postcode, dietary requirements, telephone number, and of course the delivery days. Payment is by debit/credit card. We need a form completing authorising us to hold card details on Square, our payment system. We then set up a recurring invoice which is created weekly and automatic payment from the card detail held on Square. We prefer an email address to send the invoices to, but recognise a lot of elderly or vulnerable people don't have an email address or a mobile phone that receives text messages, so have a solution for this.
